The breakfast selection included a vast array of options.. I especially loved the champagne. The staff was friendly and helpful, and. The location is very central, and it allowed easy access to most attractions.

The breakfast was excellent and very fresh. The location was SUPERB and right next to the Christmas market.

thoughtful staff furry blanket great location

I adored the thoughtful staff and wonderful breakfasts. the hotel had nice details like furry blankets and good cocktails in the sauna. the location was great. It was central with easy access to everything.

the lobby area needed a better meeting spot and more comfortable seating arrangements

attentive staff quiet area

the staff was very attentive and polite. the breakfast was good (i especially liked the variety of choices) and the location is in the historical city center. the area felt quiet.

underwhelming experience

missing facilities superior room

I found the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room quite disappointing. For a hotel of this supposed caliber, it seemed like a significant oversight. when i inquired at reception, i was told that only certain rooms had them. there was no possibility of providing these even though i was in a superior room. i think there is better value elsewhere.
