I found the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room quite disappointing. For a hotel of this supposed caliber, it reminded me of a significant oversight. when i inquired at reception, i was told that only certain rooms had them. there was no possibility of providing these even though i was in a superior room. i think there is better value elsewhere.
